Yesterday I posted my wordless wed, had a few comments and today it disappeared. I looked and it was in my post as a draft??? And my comments just disappeared???

Random Stuff

Yesterday I went to Rylie's school for the end of year picnic. I spent some time in her classroom "observing" her. It was so cute to watch her sing along with everyone at circle time. Her teachers tell me that usually she pretends that she's the teacher and runs the circle time, and all the kids listen to her. I would have loved to see that , but yesterday she just participated. LOL! Rylie is done preschool for two weeks and then goes back until the end of August. They are having a graduation day on June 25Th! That should be fun! I can't believe she is graduating pre school. Seems like just yesterday she left on the bus for the first time! In September she will start kindergarten at her new school. She loves the school that she goes to now so much. She loves her friends, teachers, therapist and bus drivers. I hope next year with everything and everyone being new, she will adjust OK. I honestly think all of the changes will be harder for me then for her.

Today was Karlie's last day of school. She has been home about three hours and is already bored. Oh boy, it's gonna be a long summer! She did awesome on her report card, as always. She is so happy that she got the teacher she wanted for next year.

We will be pretty busy now that schools out and Cesalie's big First birthday is next Saturday! So, I will be back next week to blog about the big day and maybe even tell you about Cesalie's birth story. It's pretty funny, but not as eventful as Rylie's birth.

Random Stuff

Rylie isn't crazy about keeping her glasses on, but the good thing is that when she takes them off, she hands them to me gently. She isn't ripping them off her face and tossing them across the room as I expected. I feel bad though, because I know she can see so much better with them on(obviously, that's why she has them).

She will keep them on if she is looking at a book or enjoying something on T.V. This is really going to take a lot of patience and perseverance on my part, which by the way I have plenty of right now even though Cesalie keeps me up all night. She is just not a sleepy baby. She can sometimes go a whole day without a nap. I never heard of a 9 month old not needing a nap. She has a little bit of a cough, so if she coughs during the night,she wakes up and stays up. We are still playing musical beds with her too.

I know the best thing would be to put Rylie in a room with Karlie, so Cesalie stops waking her up, but Karlie has so much stuff in her room that Rylie could get into, and that would not be good. So when Cesalie wakes up in the middle of the night , we quickly take her back to our room, so she doesn't wake up Rylie. Good grief!

Guess who got her ears pierced ....

AGAIN!!!!! Rylie had her ears pierced when she was a baby, but she was always pulling on the earrings and when she got a little bit older she would actually take them out. It got to be so annoying that I just took the earrings out and let the holes close up. So, it's been a few years and yesterday on a whim, while at the mall I decided let's get them pierced again. She did great! She didn't even cry! She is still being good. She knows the earrings are there, but she isn't even bothering with them. I hope she continues to do good. I think she looks so pretty with them and I'd like to keep them this time.

Busy weekend

Karlie and me went to see the movie Enchanted this weekend. It was sooooo good! I'm glad Karlie is at the age where we can enjoy the same movies. I might start taking her more often-just to get out of the house-he he! Actually if we went to the movies more often I might go broke. It was $22.00 just for two medium popcorns and drinks. If I bought that in the supermarket I could have gotten 10 bags of popcorn and 10 two liters of soda. It's crazy. Plus it cost $14.00 just to see the movie.

Also this weekend Vince and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. I can't believe I'm only 32 years old and I've been married for 11 years. It has been a great 11 years, sorta ,kinda -wellllllllllll, no I'm kidding. We have been through a lot, but we are definatley happier and more in love today then we were 11 years ago!

Today is Vince's 35th Birthday-Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!Sorry you have to go to work today.
