Sounds like you were sent someone who didn...Yikes!! Sounds like you were sent someone who didn't have a clue. When my youngest daughter with DS was two or three, I contacted a behavior therapist and he was wonderful. If it wasn't for him, I'm not sure I could of made it thru!! He typically worked with adults with disabilities but it made no difference he was great with children. I know he moved away. I would so like to have his help now with my oldest daughter with DS. Oh if I could only remember his name. I might ask caseworkers to look back in her file.
